What is The Tinina Q. Cade Foundation?

We are a non profit organization that was founded to serve the needs of families facing infertility. Through our education and outreach programming, we inform families struggling with infertility about their condition, and educate the non affected community about relevant related issues. We also provide financial assistance to families persuing infertility treatment or domestic adoption through grants. To finance our activities- we host several annual fundraising events.

How it all began? Our Journey ...

After years of dreaming, hoping, praying, and sometimes even crying, I, Camille Hammond, became a mother at the age of 29. On December 28, 2004, my family was blessed with the births of our three children. Our triplets made headlines around the world as news spread that my 55 year old post-menopausal mom had successfully served as our gestational surrogate. That success was sweet, but the path that led us to this point was anything but smooth.

During our quest to have children, my husband and I experienced many highs and lows. The happy occasions were certainly there. Yet, some of the most important lessons we learned came about as a result of failure. Were we to repeat this process again, many things would be done differently.

The foundation has grown from my solo operation - to teams of professionals from relevant fields working toward the same goal. Through the Tinina Q. Cade Fondation Inc., our goal is to help grow families struggling with and OVERCOMING infertility- and to educate and sensitize those who are unaffected- in meaningful and significant ways.
