Dancing for the Family

Get ready for an evening of Latin dancing, tapas, fun and great information!  We are celebrating a new holiday,"Future Parent's Day"- which we consider a prelude to Mother's day and Father's day for families with infertility (and the people who love and support them).  We are celebrating "Dancing for the Family" on Saturday May 22, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Latin Palace, located in historic Fells Point at 509 S. Broadway St, Baltimore, MD 21231. All registrants will receive a free cocktail, Latin tapas, free Latin dance lessons and great music (salsa, bachata, merengue, reggeaton and more!) Registration fees are $35 per person (individual wit advanced registration) $60/couple (with advanced registration) and $40 per person at the door.  All proceeds benefit the Cade Foundation's Family Building Grant.  A portion of each ticket sold is tax deductible (donation receipt will be sent to each person/ family in attendance for tax records).  See you on the dance floor!  To register, visit www.firstgiving.com/cadefoundation and click on "Register for an event."

Race for the Family

The Cade Foundation's 5k  Race for the Family is an annual fundraising and outreach building activity.  We have held successful Cade Foundation Race for the Family activities for the past 5 years in MD, VA, OH and similar running events sponsored by other organizations benefitting the Cade Foundation in PA.  We are so excited that Shady Grove Fertility, our partner and friend, will for the 2nd time- host the MD Race for the Family on Sunday September 26, 2010 in Rockville, MD.  For more information about the race, sponsorship opportunities or hosting a different race to benefit the Cade Foundation, visit us online at www.raceforthefamily.com or email our fundraising coordinator Meghan Montone at mmontone@cadefoundation.org.  See you at the starting line!

Sidewalk Art Festival

The Sidewalk Art Festivals are fundraising events to support the Cade Foundation.  These are typically held on the same days at the same locations as Race for the Family events.  Sidewalk Art Festival for the Family participants receive a box of sidewalk chalk, a space on the sidewalk and 3 hours to create a work of art on the sidewalk in support of families struggling with and OVERCOMING infertility.  This activity is ideal for people with small children, artists of all ages, and folks who want to support the Cade Foundation.  For more information, visitwww.raceforthefamily.com orwww.firstgiving.com/cadefoundation

Fertili-TEAS, Fertili- TINIS, Fertili- WINES - for the family:

Fertiliteas, Fertilitinis, and Fertiliwines are small group educational and fund-raising parties (tea parties, martini parties, wine tasting parties) that can be hosted by YOU at home or elsewhere for your friends/ colleagues.

What do Fertili- TEA "hosts" need to do?

• a) Make your home or another space available for the activity
